Get the August pack together before you reconcile.

ABC Plumbing has statements from two bank accounts, a batch of supplier invoices and a handful of receipts. Create a request called “August bookkeeping documents”. Separate the requirements so a received bank statement does not hide an outstanding invoice pack.

Create a checklist → send one secure link → collect and review. Your client opens the link on a phone or computer, without installing an app or creating a password.

Example: monthly bookkeeping pack

  • Statements for each relevant bank account and period
  • Sales invoices for the month
  • Supplier invoices for the month
  • Expense receipts with supporting details
  • Petty-cash records, where used
  • Answers about transactions needing clarification

Starting example only. Review each item for your client, lawful purpose and professional requirements. This is not a complete statutory checklist.

Make the next request easier to answer

One combined file or several

A client may have one statement PDF or multiple files. Both fit the same checklist item. They submit the item once the full set is there.

Ask about the gap, not the whole pack

Point to a missing page, account or date period when rejecting an item. Keep the replacement instruction with the document requirement.

Start each month deliberately

Reuse an editable template and create a new request for the next month. Automatic recurring requests are not part of the current product.

Start with one client and one checklist.

Free during early access—not a free-forever promise.
